TSAFT (Transport Stream Analyser and Fixing Tool)

In spite of a large offer (selection) of monitoring applications for broadcast networks, and stream monitoring tools, we notice that more than 50% of video errors found occur because of a defective encoding of digital contents.

Through this observation (as a remedy), we have developed the software suite TSAFT. This is the only automated solution capable of a complete analysis, correction, and optimization of hundreds of video content errors per day. It allows the reduction of exploitation costs of IPTV and VOD broadcast services, the improvement of the quality of service and end user satisfaction. This is also the essential testing tool for every manufacturer of equipment involved in the video broadcasting chain.

Unlike other solutions requiring manual and technical support, with a long scan process, TSAFT is automated and manages a consistent high quantity number of streams per day while minimizing time required (more than 500 video contents per day).

In a constant concern for innovation, our R&D team works continually on the detection and treatment always more refined of the errors found. It includes video freeze, audio/video synchronisation loss, and macro-blocks: three crucial factors identified by operators as responsible for the poor quality perceived by end users.
